Recombinant MouseSCF/c‚kit Ligand stimulates proliferation in the TF‚1 human erythroleukemic cell line in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). Proliferation elicited by Recombinant MouseSCF/c‚kit Ligand (25 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Goat Anti-MouseSCF/c-kit Ligand Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody. The ND50 is typically 0.3‚0.6 µg/mL.
